Infrared Sauna Procedure

LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT DIETING

This depends on your current level of health and your goals. At our Miami Wellness center Hydrology Wellness®, we strive to deliver the best infrared sauna Miami has to offer, so our sessions generally last anywhere between 15–90 minutes. If you are looking to optimize athletic performance, we recommend 30–45 minute sessions twice per week, with a one-hour session once per week. However, if you’re looking to stay healthy or lose weight, we recommend 45 minute infrared sauna sessions once or twice per week.

You will begin your session when the sauna cabin temperature is 85-95 degrees Fahrenheit and let your body warm-up alongside the cabin air temperature.
