Hydrology Wellness®'s Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and must include proof of purchase.

After thirty (30) days, any eligible return or cancellation will be issued as store credit only, at Hydrology Wellness’ sole discretion.

All services rendered are final sale and non-refundable.

Prepaid packages that have not been redeemed may qualify for a refund if requested within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Packages that have been partially used, started, or redeemed in any amount are not eligible for refunds and may only receive store credit, if approved.

Unused services and missed appointments are non-refundable.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or forfeiture of service without refund.

Membership fees are non-refundable once processed. Any unused benefits may convert to store credit only, subject to approval.

Hydrology Wellness reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership programs with notice.

Retail products are final sale once opened or used.

Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within seven (7) days of purchase with receipt.

Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment, will result in a $50 no-show fee, charged to the card on file.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments or result in denial of booking privileges.

Results from wellness and aesthetic services vary by individual. Hydrology Wellness does not guarantee outcomes, symptom relief, or specific results. Refunds will not be issued based on perceived lack of results, personal preference, or treatment response.

Clients agree to contact Hydrology Wellness directly to resolve billing concerns prior to initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection efforts.

Hydrology Wellness reserves the right to refuse refunds or limit store credit in cases of abuse, repeated cancellations, policy violations, or suspected fraud.

All refunds and credits are issued at management discretion and in accordance with this policy.
