Because you’re increasing growth hormone in two ways, you’ll usually start seeing effects rather rapidly. In the first week or two, you may get better sleep and have more energy than usual. By three to six weeks, you may start to recover more quickly and be able to work out more effectively.
In weeks six through 12, you’ll typically be able to see a difference in your body composition. Your skin may be improving in texture and thickness. Once you reach three months or longer into your treatment, you tend to see the most noticeable results, which include more muscle tone, more even fat distribution, improved recovery, and a better sense of general wellness.
